Expert Witness Testimony 

TPI is frequently retained to provide expert witness testimony involving conformity and precedence issues relating to standard industry practices, policies and procedures.

In addition to representing domestic and international airline and airport clients, Mr. Stamey has also presented testimony before the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), Consumer Trade Associations, local municipalities and third party litigants.

TPI is also active in developing analytical and interpretative testimony relating to historical transaction evidence on behalf of bankrupt entities, including assignment of fair market valuations, retroactive market valuations and asset liquidation assessments specific to ongoing business value and non-aircraft asset appraisals.
